进贤县财政局始终坚持“以人民为中心”的思想,聚焦建设“秀美进贤、幸福进贤”目标,认真履行财政职能,加大资金保障力度,助力“蓝天、碧水、净土”行动,打造美丽生态宜居城市,增强人民群众的幸福感、获得感。
整治青岚内湖,还人民群众一湖清水
近年来,累计投资万元用于支持青岚湖水环境综合治理工作,通过植被修复、河床淤泥清理、污水截流,种植乔木株,绿化提升约1.2万m,河道清淤约46万m,截污管道长约米;在河道种植具有较强净化能力的植物,改善水生态环境,提升河流自净能力;在入湖口建设尾水人工湿地削减工程,强化尾水净化作用。通过大力治理,青岚湖水质清澈,环境优美,已成为广大市民休闲的好去处。
助推拆墙透绿,还人民群众一抹绿色
安排资金万元,用于推动该县拆墙透绿工作,按照群众意愿建好小游园、打造微景观,全力打造高品质的绿色之城、宜居之城。今年以来,累计拆除围墙米、铺筑人行道平方米、栽植灌木约株、铺贴草皮平方米、撒播草籽约平方米,真正做到还绿于民。
倡导绿色出行,还人民群众一片蓝天
出台新能源公交车财政补贴政策,拨付奖励资金.4万元用于公交企业购置新能源车辆替换现有汽油、柴油车辆,同时财政每年安排资金万元用于新能源公交车运营补贴,加快推广新能源车在公交领域的应用步伐,目前,该县新能源公交车保有量36辆,有效改善城区空气质量。
清掏城区管涵,还人民群众一个安心
为彻底解决雨季防汛期间城区道路、低洼地带积水问题,对城区区域内的西南一路、滨湖大道、进贤大道、沿港路等主箱涵内的多年沉积物进行清掏,近年来,县财政投入余万元清掏、维修管涵.5米,雨季、防汛期间城区内再未出现大面积积水,让人民群众安心出行。
